1. Service

WeekPulse is a weekly review journal operated by Cashew Crate. The free tier provides unlimited weekly entries with structured prompts, mood/energy ratings, searchable history, and basic trend snapshots. Pro ($3/month) adds extended analytics, year-in-review exports, goal carry-forward, and an ad-free experience.

2. Accounts

You can use WeekPulse without an account. Entries are stored locally in your browser. Creating an account enables cross-device sync and server-side backup. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Data

Your journal entries are your own. We do not read, sell, or share them. When signed in, entries are stored on our servers to enable sync. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage metrics (entry counts, feature usage) to improve the product.

4. Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $3/month through our payment processor (Polar). Cancel anytime from your account settings. No partial refunds for the current billing period. For refund requests, email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use WeekPulse to store illegal content, spam, or content that violates others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

WeekPulse is a personal reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, contact a mental health professional or crisis helpline.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to protect stored data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email if you have an account.
